Valley View - 2 Bedroomed apartment

Valley View Apartment at Loudoun Mains is a beautifully presented 2 bedroomed 1st floor apartment which is available all year round. This cottage is accessed via a steep staircase and consequently is not suitable for anyone who is not able bodied. However it is very bright and airy and consequently keenly sought after by all who stay there. It consists of an skylit entrance hallway with access to the living room, bathroom and the two bedrooms. The Kitchen is fully appointed with all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc with a fridge, an electric oven, electric hob and microwave. The Kitchen overlooks the Living areas and has a breakfast bar arrangement with seating to suit. The Living areas have a three piece suite with flat screen TV and DVD and coffee table. The Bathrooms has a Bath, WHB, Bidet and an electric shower over the bath. The two bedrooms are made up as a double and a twin. All of our Cottages/apartments have access to our extensive grounds where wildlife abounds especially around the small fishing pond, we have a fantastic kiddies play area with a tree house, swings and slides etc and of course we have the Country Club to keep you fit and busy during your stay.

Long Lets

It is possible to rent a cottage here at Loudoun Mains for a period longer than 4 weeks and significant discounts are offered for longer periods. Obviously conditions apply, but this type of Long Let is far more flexible and has distinct advantages over the traditional six-month lease offered by letting agencies, for example: All our prices shown on the Long Let Tariff include council tax, water and sewage rates and can include a fully serviced let should it be required. In addition you can include use of the Country Club, Laundry, Cleaning and pets should any of that be required. We have WiFi throughout the complex and benefit from a reasonable mobile phone signal on all networks so you should never have to be out of touch. Basic Conditions All the prices below include council tax, water and sewage rates and buildings insurance. 1. A fully refundable £800.00 deposit is required to secure the above prices and will be used to guarantee the correct weekly payments are made; meaning if you decide to leave early the difference will be deducted from your deposit. As an example if you initially decide to stay for 12 weeks and pay £215.00 per week but only stay for 8 weeks then the underpayment of £20.00 per week for the 8 weeks is deducted from your deposit before it is returned. This is a unique and very flexible approach to renting a cottage and allows you to know in advance exactly what your costs are. 2. Use of the Country Club can be negotiated depending on requirements. 3. Electricity is charged via a £1.00 coin meter meaning there are no unexpected charges. 4. Complimentary WiFi throughout. 5. Pets are welcome although restrictions and charges apply. 6. All rental periods are from Saturday to Saturday.

Holiday Lets

Occasionally we offer Holiday lets between our Long Lets and can accommodate you on a last minute deal, usually within a month of the required date. Contact us for any last minute availability.


Loudoun Mains Country Club is a private members only club available that can be included for cottage guests depending on what has been negotiated. It comprises of a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, cardiovascular gym, full weights/resistance room and a rest lounge. We offer fitness classes in the swimming pool and can provide a full induction for the gyms should it be required, please feel free to contact us to ask what is available to find find out how we can assist. To ensure you relaxation and comfort there is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout Country Club which is available to all users and can make your work out far more personal and entertaining allowing you to focus on your own routine.
